SM North vs. Trinoma Fireworks (2009) : The Final Round

As promised, I took a different approach this time in capturing the fireworks displays. I shot them from 2 angles! I wasn’t able to do this on SM’s Saturday show but it doesn’t matter because it wasn’t that good of a display anyway. Yes, you guessed it. It’s Trinoma who wins Round 3 and therefore wins this year’s “unofficial” pyro competition of the North Edsa malls!

And without further ado, here’s Trinoma’s winning fireworks display which is actually not much different from their previous shows because it uses the same freaking music! But it’s okay because it really came out great with the multi-angle video. The pyromusical aspect of the show is even more apparent here so enjoy! :D

BONUS: SM North Edsa fireworks display – December 20, 2009

So where’s SM North’s Saturday show? Well, their Sunday fireworks display is not much different so I decided to just show you that one instead. The Sunday show is actually the more decent one. Honestly, I’m really disappointed because this was their last weekend for fireworks and they didn’t even deliver a great one! Shame on you SM North!

And here’s the remaining fireworks schedule of these two malls:
Trinoma – December 26 (Saturday) – 8 PM at The Garden
SM North Edsa – December 30 (Wednesday) – 7 PM at the Skygarden

I expect SM North’s last fireworks display to be worthy of a New Year’s celebration since it’s on the 30th. If it isn’t, well don’t waste my time SM!

And I expect Trinoma’s last Saturday show to be just the same old routine again. Haha! But surprise me, Trinoma. Surprise me!

  1. I’d be surprised if Trinoma doesn’t have a fireworks display on the 30th. They usually have a year-ender display.

    • You’re right. Actually they also had fireworks last 25 and I didn’t indicate it there on the post. So both SM North and Trinoma will have fireworks on the 30th, 7pm and 8pm respectively. If I remember correctly, Trinoma also had fireworks display last year on the night of January 1st. Hm…
