The Bookish Pinoy is a website painstakingly maintained by Patrick. He decided to create this space for chronicling his perennial love for the written word.

Featuring Philippine bookstore news and the occasional editorials, Pinoy book readers that are web savvy will also benefit from the “miscellanews” articles.

Because of the author’s personal preference, most of the books featured here belong in the fiction and inspirational genre. He is, however, very much open to book recommendations. He’s just hoping there’s more time for reading because he has personally proven for himself that famous adage: “So many books, so little time.”

The Author

My name is Patrick but I also go by several names in the internet like Little Wolf, remixwolf and syaowolf.

I’ve loved reading since I was a small kid but the series that really urged me to read more was Harry Potter. So it’s no surprise that the Young Adult fiction genre is my favorite of all genres. Being a devout Catholic, I also like reading spiritual and inspirational books.

I live in Quezon City and my favorite hangout spots are the branches of FullyBooked, Powerbooks and National Bookstore. ^_^
